Zeeland has some 30 public libraries, including mobile libraries fot outlying areas.

Zeeland's two main deepwater seaports Terneuzen and Vlissingen (Flushing) can accommodate ships up to 100,000 dwt and 150,000 dwt respectively. The ports are uncongested and price competitive.
we have 300 kilometers of dikes that protect us against the sea, but al lot of them are not good anymore. Repairing will cost the national government 600 million guilder.
